JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : CAD Engineer – HVAC
Education : Diploma / B.E Mechanical, HVAC background
Experience : 6-8 years
Job Location: Bangalore
1. HVAC drafting experience in Hospitals, Industries, Residential, Commercial offices. Preparation of detailed drawings of Kitchen Exhaust/OA ducting, Basement Ventilation, Supply/Return air ducting, Toilet Exhaust ducting, chilled water piping and plant room detailing, VRF & Dx systems etc.
2. To be proficient in Auto CAD, Microsoft word and Excel.
3. ISHRAE excel cooling load calculations.
4. To be proficient in quantity take off for High side & Low side works.
5. Knowledge of all type AC Equipments & ventilation fans selections.
6. Knowledge of valves and other accessories for AC Equipments, High side & low side piping.
7. Knowledge of Ducting, Insulation, Air terminal devices, control devices for Air side works.
8. To be proficient in high side and low side- Chilled water, air side schematics, VRF & Dx schematics.
9. Knowledge of drawing coordination with MEPF services to ensure detailed designs are in place.
10. To handle minimum 3-4 projects independently and take control of drawing deliverables
