Welding Engineer (Location – Badlapur MIDC) job AT Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra

We are established since 1978, and are investing heavily into process equipment manufacturing. We have managed to fabricate 7 meter dia aluminum storage tanks, and have made numerous silos, reactors agitators. We are heavy equipment fabricators

We are looking for 2 QA/QC engineers having welding engineer certification who are from similar fields, who reside near Badlapur

Responsibilities

a. Carrying out QA/QC activities of process equipment such as storage tanks, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Agitators, Reactors

b. Preparing QAP/WPS/WPQ/PqR as per job requriements

c. Preparing Stage wise inspection reports, carrying out inspections

d. Assisting third party inspectors during inspection

f. Welder qualification activities

g. NDT review

Qualifications

2-5 years experience in QA/QC within process equipment field ( torage tanks, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Agitators, Reactors)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2. ASNT/ISNT level-II in TOFD/PAUT ,RT,UT,MPI,DPT. – MANDATORY

4. Should have work experience with third party inspection agencies

5. Immediate joining
