What the VM Does?
GaugeHow Vision Measurement allows users to Calibrate the system using known standards (gauge blocks, reference grids) and Measure dimensions such as length, diameter, angle, radius, and gap. Also, Apply tolerance bands for automatic pass/fail decisions.
The system is engineered around calibrated industrial camera setups with distortion correction, multi-point scaling, and subpixel edge detection to enhance measurement resolution beyond raw pixel size.
Advanced geometric fitting algorithms are used for line, circle, angle, and radius measurement, ensuring repeatable results across batch inspections.
Calibration records, reference standards, and measurement logs are securely stored to maintain traceability and audit readiness.
Built with a modular architecture, the platform supports high-resolution image processing, tolerance evaluation, pass/fail automation, and exportable inspection reports.
Measurement uncertainty modeling and calibration validation workflows are being integrated to ensure scientific reliability rather than just visual estimation. The goal is not just digital measurement but dependable digital metrology.
