Creo Parametric for Mechanical Engineers
This course teaches Creo Parametric step by step, starting from basic interface handling to advanced modeling, assemblies, surfacing, and real manufacturing workflows.
You’ll learn how Creo actually works in industry like feature-based modeling, parametric design, parent–child relationships, assembly creation, surfacing, sheet metal, and drawing creation.
Each module includes practical, job-focused exercises so you can build confidence in real engineering tasks.
You’ll also learn how to use ChatGPT as a design assistant inside your workflow like for commands, troubleshooting, modeling logic, and automation this helping you work faster and smarter.
By the end, you’ll be able to design components, assemblies, surfaces, and drawings with industry-level accuracy.

What to expect from this course
You will learn Creo from the basic tools to advanced features. You begin with the interface, navigation, key terms, and how Creo handles files and feature updates.
You will learn how to sketch properly, including drawing, adding dimensions, applying constraints, and fixing sketch issues. This helps you build accurate solid models and create base features like protrusions, cuts, and geometry defined by datum planes.
You will understand parametric modeling and how parent–child relationships work, so you can edit and update designs without breaking the model. This skill is essential for real engineering work.
You will learn assembly modeling, where you place parts, build both top-down and bottom-up assemblies, create exploded views, and understand how a Bill of Materials works in actual industry projects.
You will explore surface modeling in simple steps. You will create and edit surfaces, mirror geometry, use Style and Freestyle tools, and convert surfaces into solids for complex shapes.
You will apply all your learning through practical projects. These include patterns, sheet metal parts, drawing views, feature construction, and building complete components like a housing and a bearing assembly. You will also learn how to use ChatGPT to speed up modeling and troubleshoot difficult commands.
