  • No SolidWorks experience required

  • SolidWorks 2024 or online access recommended

What to expect from this course

You will learn how to start SolidWorks 2024, navigate the interface, save and open files, and use the design tree, orientation cube, and mouse gestures.

You will understand sketching tools including lines, circles, rectangles, arcs, ellipses, slots, trim, text, fillet, chamfer, dimensions, relations, and complete sketch examples.

You will study advanced design tools such as extrude, extrude-cut, revolve, chamfer, fillet, shell, draft, linear pattern, circular pattern, helix, sweep, and thread creation.

You will work on 3D modeling projects with step-by-step guidance.

You will learn assembly design, including mates, exploded views, and practical assembly examples.
